| 内容記述 | 本研究は、小学4年生のADHDを伴うLD児に対して行った家庭内におけるフィールドワーク調査と母子へのインタビュー、そして事例に対する総合的なアセスメントを行いながら、母子支援のあり方について検討を行った。本事例の行動問題及び学習面のつまずきに対して、対応に困難性を示していた母親に対して、まず、家庭訪問を行い、実態把握、聞き取り調査及びK児へのアセスメントを実施し、それらを根拠とした上で、母親が問題視している毎日の「宿題」活動に焦点をあてた支援を試みた。その結果、母子双方に同時介入することによって、お互いのやりとりに変容が見られるようになってきた。本研究では、「宿題」を素材としながら、特別な支援が必要な子どもとその母親に対する「関係性の構築」に向けたアプローチのポイントを母子関係の変容を通して実証した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The process of supporting an LD, ADHD child and his mother was examined. Fieldwork research at home, interviews with the mother and the child, and general assessment were conducted on a LD child with ADHD in the fourth grade of elementary school, and with his mother. The mother had difficulty in coping with problematic behaviors and learning problems of her child. First, a home visit was conducted to observe the conditions at home. Moreover, interviews and assessment of the child were conducted. Next, support was given on the basis of the above findings, especially with regard to "homework" activity, which was the most salient problem for the mother. As a result of these simultaneous interventions with the mother and the child, their mutual communication patterns began to change. The results indicated that attempting to "establish a relationship" is important in giving support for mothers and children who need special care. | |||||||
