Fieldwork research at home, interviews with the mother and the child, and general assessment were conducted on a LD child with ADHD in the fourth grade of elementary school, and with his mother. The mother had difficulty in coping with problematic behaviors and learning problems of her child. First, a home visit was conducted to observe the conditions at home. Moreover, interviews and assessment of the child were conducted. Next, support was given on the basis of the above findings, especially with regard to \"homework\" activity, which was the most salient problem for the mother. As a result of these simultaneous interventions with the mother and the child, their mutual communication patterns began to change.
