| 内容記述 | 本研究は, 学校現場に社会福祉専門職として導入されたスクールソーシャルワーカー（SSWr）が学校現場をどのように捉え, どのような実践知・技術を活用してきたかを把握するために行われた。SSWr10名に個別インタビュー（半構造化面接）調査を行い, 質的研究法に従って分析を行った。その結果, 「学校現場に対するSSWrの視座」では《教育と福祉の視点》, 《教育組織の文化・価値観》, 《教師の疲弊と抱える課題》, 《組織機能の支援への影響》, 《急激な社会変化と学校の役割》, 《スクールソーシャルワーク活動体制の課題》のコア概念が抽出され, 「学校現場に対するSSWrの実践知・技術」について, 《教師との協働》, 《ファーストクライエントとしての教師・学校》, 《校内状況と社会資源の把握》, 《ソーシャルワークを伝える》, 《アセスメントの共有化》, 《カウンセリングスキル》, 《基盤となるソーシャルワーク実践知識・技術》のコア概念が抽出された。これらのことからSSWrは学校現場の特質や課題に対し, 協働の視点でかかわり, ソーシャルワークの視点を重ねていくことで子どもたちの環境である学校現場の変化・エンパワメントを促していることが明らかになった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research regards school social workers (hereafter referred to as SSWr) introduced into a school site within the social welfare profession to define the school site, and to understand what practical knowledge and technology had been used. Individual interviews (semi-structured interviews) had been conducted with 10 people in the SSWr field, and the results were analyzed according to the qualitative research method. As a result, the core concepts of the aspects of the education and welfare, culture and a sense of values of the education organization, the teachers’ low salaries, the impact of the support from the organization, the role of a rapid societal change and the school, and systems of school social work activities were identified from the “perceptions of SSWr in the school site”. The core concepts that tell of thte cooperation of staff with the teacher, the teacher and school as first client, a grasp of the situation on the campus as a social resource, and social work, the shared role of the assessment, counseling skills, and social work practical knowledge and technology that become the basis of “Practical knowledge and technology of SSWr in regards to the school site” have been analyzed. It was clarified that, based on these characteristics and challenges for the SSWr schools, involvement from the perspective of cooperation, SSWr urged the change and the strengthening of the school site in terms of the children’s environment will be repeated in view of was. | |||||||||||
