Individual interviews (semi-structured interviews) had been conducted with 10 people in the SSWr field, and the results were analyzed according to the qualitative research method. As a result, the core concepts of the aspects of the education and welfare, culture and a sense of values of the education organization, the teachers’ low salaries, the impact of the support from the organization, the role of a rapid societal change and the school, and systems of school social work activities were identified from the “perceptions of SSWr in the school site”. The core concepts that tell of thte cooperation of staff with the teacher, the teacher and school as first client, a grasp of the situation on the campus as a social resource, and social work, the shared role of the assessment, counseling skills, and social work practical knowledge and technology that become the basis of “Practical knowledge and technology of SSWr in regards to the school site” have been analyzed.
