| 内容記述 | 熊本県A地区においては, 高等学校の定員割れが目立ち, 特別な支援が必要な生徒が進学する実態がある中で, 特別支援教育に関する中高連携がほとんど行われておらず, 高等学校は中学校からの情報提供を望んでいた。そこで, A地区の中学校及び高等学校による中高連携に関する協議を行った。協議では, 文書による手段として, 高等学校側から独自の「フェイスシート」を提案したが, 個人情報保護や情報提供について保護者から理解を得ることの困難が予想されることから, １校も記入がなかった。そのため, 高等学校担当者が中学校に出向き, 口頭での情報収集を行い, その情報と高等学校での実態とを合わせた「プロフィールシート」を作成した。その結果, 特別支援教育コーディネーターや担任だけでなく, 教科担当者も生徒のこれまでの状況や特性を理解し, 授業改善及び生活支援に繋がった。一方で, 中学校からの円滑な情報提供が行われるための文書のあり方が課題となった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the A area in Kumamoto prefecture, there have hardly been any cooperation among the junior high schools and the high schools with regard to special needs education, and the high schools teachers have been hoping to get results of special needs education from the junior high schools. Therefore, the junior high schools and high schools in the A area had several discussions about the cooperation among themselves. In the discussion, the high schools teachers recommended that the junior high school teachers complete “face sheets”, however, none of them were filled out because of student’s privacy protections and because it was expected to be difficult to get an understanding of parents. Therefore, some responsible teachers of the high schools visited the junior high schools, collected results of special needs education orally and made “profile sheets” in which the results and the actual situation of the high schools were summarized. As a result, the high schools teachers responsible for particular subjects understood the students’ conditions so far and their characteristics, which led to the improvement of the classes. On the other hand, there remain issues of how to use written forms to provide getting results of special needs education from the junior high schools to the high schools smoothly. | |||||||||
