Therefore, the junior high schools and high schools in the A area had several discussions about the cooperation among themselves. In the discussion, the high schools teachers recommended that the junior high school teachers complete “face sheets”, however, none of them were filled out because of student’s privacy protections and because it was expected to be difficult to get an understanding of parents. Therefore, some responsible teachers of the high schools visited the junior high schools, collected results of special needs education orally and made “profile sheets” in which the results and the actual situation of the high schools were summarized. As a result, the high schools teachers responsible for particular subjects understood the students’ conditions so far and their characteristics, which led to the improvement of the classes.
