| 内容記述 | 本研究は，自閉症スペクトラム障害のある子どもの母親を対象として，育児の過程での嬉しかった事項，すなわちポジティブ感情の把握を目的とした。ASD 児の母親69名，父親14名を対象として「嬉しい実のなる木」の制作を依頼した。定型発達児の母親13名については記述式アンケートを実施した。その結果，母親群では，「嬉しかった事項」の内容は，身辺自立を中心とした「自立」「対人関係の改善」「スキルの向上」などのカテゴリーに収約された。中でも重度児の母親では，「排泄の自立」に喜びを感じていた。父親群では，甘える等の「親への愛着」が報告された。制作課題をとおして，「成長の再確認ができた」「癒された」などの心理療法的効果も確認された。子どもの「自立」の促進が支援の優先的課題であることが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The propose of this study is to investigate positive feeling of autistic children’s mothers in their caring experiences. Seventy mothers of ASD children, 14 fathers and 13 mothers of TDC were administered the “happy fruit tree task”（ drawing a tree and placing pieces of fruit shape paper with happy episodes of their children）. Mothers of ASD children reported such categories as “self-help”,“better personal relationship” and “skill-up”. For mothers of severe level children “learning toilet skill” was the happiest episode. “Attachment” was reported as happy episode of the fathers’ group. Mothers of Typical Developing Children felt happy for their children’s “Socialization”. Most mothers reported that they could recognized development of their ASD children. It was suggested that we should support ASD children to develop their self-help skills. | |||||||||
