| 内容記述 | 本研究は, ジュニアスポーツのあり方を考えていく上で, 子どもの成長, 発達をいかに促進していくべきかを検証するために, ６年間にわたって, 少年野球チームに実地調査を行ってきた過程（１）を報告していく。また, これまでの先行研究の多くが, スポーツに携わるコーチ陣や周りの大人（保護者を含む）を中心とした研究であることを踏まえながら, “子どもたち自身の視点はどうなのか”というリサーチクエスチョンを立ちあげて検討を行った。その結果, 大人と子どもの間には, 乖離した思いが存在しており, この両者の思いの隔たりが, 子どもたちのスポーツを通しての成長, 発達に様々な影響を及ぼしていることが確認された。今後, ジュニアスポーツの肯定的側面を助長していくためにも, 大人たちのジュニアスポーツに対する意識の変革が必要であることの基礎データを提示することができた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study reports the process (1) of field research for boy’s baseball team during the past 6 years to examine how child’s growth and development should be facilitated with consideration of the role of junior sports. Furthermore, while many of the earlier studies up to the present have been reflecting researches mainly for coaches and surrounding adults (including parents), we examined it through establishing a research question as “What is the viewpoint of children themselves”. As the result, it was confirmed that there was a deviated view between adults and children and the gap between both parties provides various influences on the children’s growth and development through children’s sports activities. The study clarified that it is necessary for consciousness transformation to junior sports by adults to encourage the affirmative side of junior sports in future. | |||||||||||
