| 内容記述 | 発達が気になる子どもを育てる場合，子育てに対する不安が増幅することが考えられる。また就学後に発達の問題が顕在化してくることが多い。既に学童期では二次的な不適応が発生している状態があり，学校不適応や心身の問題が出現する。そのため，就学前の発達障がい児に対する支援が重要とされるようになっている。そこで，本研究では発達の偏りに気づき支援を行う専門家となる相談機関等職員，療育機関等支援者，保育士，幼稚園教諭に対し，療育につなげたいあるいは療育通所している就学前児童の保護者の継続的支援につなげる際に保護者に聴き取りをしたい内容について明らかにするために記述式調査を行った。分析の結果，保護者や子ども双方ともに専門家が保護者に支援のために療育や子どもの成長発達を把握する上で，生活リズムや睡眠が重要であると認識しているということが明らかになった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The parents having a child with developmental difficulties were devoted to the care of their children. A considerable number of studies have been made on secondary behavioral problems and nonadaptation in their children’s school days. It is important to support a child with developmental difficulties in preschool. The purpose of this study was to investigate about their need of support and issues for the parents from habilitation staffs who were working at a child guidance clinics, developmental centers, and nursery schools for early intervention. In conclusion, it was evident to habilitation staff that sleep and lifestyle rhythm are Important for early intervention needs and development. |
