| 内容記述 | 2011年に発生した東日本大震災の被害を受けた福島県いわき市の保育所と幼稚園で, 被災後3～8ヶ月の時期に保育士・教諭に面接調査を実施した。調査内容は, 震災後に(1)乳幼児の行動に生じた変化, (2)子どもの変化に保育者がどのような対応をしたのか, である。調査の結果から, 子どもの反応には「不安」「発達の後退」が目立つことが明らかになった。こうした子どもたちに対しては, 子どもの気持ちをそのまま受け止めて回復を待つという対応がとられていた。また, 福島第一原子力発電所の事故による環境汚染によって「これまで通りの保育」が難しくなり, 保育方法の変更は子どもの運動能力の低下など発達に影響を及ぼしていることも明らかとなった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | We had interviews with teachers of preschools at Iwaki-City, Fukushima prefecture, that suffered from the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, between 3 to 8 months after the disaster. In the interviews we asked them to tell us about (1) what were changes in children’s behavior, and (2) how they dealed with the changes. The results showed that: it was noticeable that the children quite frequently showed their “anxiety” and “developmental retrogression.” The teachers accepted emotions of the children and waited until the children got better. Futher, it appeared that the environmental pollution by the accident of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant caused the changes in the way of nursing, which had affect on the children’s development, for example deceleration in their motor development. | |||||||||
